Healthy Thanksgiving Dinner for Two or More

Healthy Thanksgiving Dinner for Two or More

If you wanna eat lite and healthy, yet want to celebrate festivity on Thanksgiving Day, I am adding this meal to give you a few great options to choose from.

I intentionally stayed away from Turkey this whole Thanksgiving Countdown, wanted to share with you other foods that can surround turkey feast. Today, sharing with you few of my favorite healthy Thanksgiving-Dinner-for-two or more meal options. You don't have to make all of these. Just pick and choose as per your liking. I have included at-least two options (recipes) for each course. For turkey, either opt to bring White Meat Turkey and roast for quick and healthy dinner. Or you can make one of the two seafood recipes I have included in this meal.

This post goes towards day 14 of '15 days to Thanksgiving' to give you all some additional thanksgiving meal ideas a day ahead of Turkey Day.

Enjoy long weekend and great thanksgiving meal with friends and family!

Many thanks for being part of ChefDeHome! Wish you all Happy Thanksgiving!
