15 Healthy Smoothies to Get Your Diet Back on Track

Sharing with you 15 of my favorite healthy and lite smoothies that will help you loose winter fat fast! Most of these smoothies are gluten free and vegan. So, are not high in fat calories, yet rich in fiber and anti-oxidants.

During weekdays, I love blending a smoothie for breakfast or lunch, since there is no cooking needed and it takes only 5 minutes to make any one of these recipes.

With fulfilling at-least 2 (even three) daily recommended serving of fruit and vegetables, these raw smoothies will fill you up but will not weight you down! say bye-bye to after-lunch-sluggish feeling and recharge your health, one healthy smoothie at at time!

And did I mention, all of these smoothies taste delicious and fresh!!
