This low calorie salad dressing takes less than 5 minutes to assemble and has fresh lemony taste. 1 tbsp of Honey Mustard Dressing is perfect for one medium bowl of Spring Greens Salad. Enjoy more salads this season with this perfect balanced Honey Mustard Dressing.

Most common honey mustard dressings are loaded with mayo and saturated fats. For this batch, I use fresh lemon juice, olive oil and mustard.

  1. Low Cal...how many calories??? Frustrating when a recipe is shown as low cal without any nutritional information

Hi Toni, I understand your point. Unfortunately, it is one of my very old recipe. I have tried to update the calorie information. It may not be most accurate, and may vary based on kind of ingredients used. I hope it helps.
