Goat Cheese as name suggests is a cheese made with goat's milk. It has tang like sour cream and creaminess like Cream cheese. Goat cheese goes well in fresh salads, baked tarts and is also great for stuffing in meats. Any dish where you need some creaminess of cheese with hint of tang, goat cheese will work great.
