Crumbles are rich and delicious toppings for fresh fruit desserts. I wanted to make crumble topping for my Mango Crumble recipe when I realized that few of my guests will need gluten free options. So I made this delicious nutty, crunchy and much healthy Flax meal Chickpea Flour crumble. Try this recipe and you will never make crumble traditional way again. It was The Treat for not only my friends on gluten free diet but others as well. I have used olive oil, chickpea flour and Jaggery (or palm sugar) to make this crumble.

Savita's Notes:
Flaxseed Meal is great way to add omega-3s to your diet. So make this crumble and even if you donot want to use it for fruit Pie, just store it in air tight container at room temprature and have 2-3 tbsp with milk for good health.
