Beautiful looking dark-red colored Cherries are a delightful, juicy, and sweet summer fruit. In peak summer season, cherries are plum, juicy, and very sweet. 

Cherries  are very good for health. There dark-red pigmentation is source of anthocyanins and is rich in antioxidants. Cherries are also helpful for cardiovascular health. Due to there health benefits, cherry juice is solved in most Organic Health Stores even during off-season. If using cherry juice for medical reasons, always go for one with no-added-sugar and always take help of your dietary-adviser before consumption. 

Cherries fruit have stone or pith which should be discarded before eating. Sometimes, it is hard to remove pith of a huge batch of cherries! If you buy cherries regulatory, I suggest, invest in a good Cherry-Pitter to make removing pith, a piece-of-cake!

Even though Red Cherries is a expensive ingredient. It's taste and color is worth enjoying in Summers!
