Kiwi and Grapes Detox Smoothie is a great smoothie featuring revitalizing kiwi fruit and grapes. You can replenish body with this sweet and tangy smoothie guilt-free and feel satisfied with this tasty low-carb treat.

For this delicious kiwi-grape smoothie, I used mostly non-frozen ingredients since all of these - kiwi, grapes, pear and orange are available in store any day. Kiwi, orange and grapes don't go bad very quickly, so you can shop at weekend and drink this smoothie any week day. Or feel free to freeze'em or use packaged frozen kiwi and grapes.

Try this smoothie with pineapple or honeydew melon instead of pear for an extra exotic touch.

Kiwi and Grapes Detox smoothie is also great for kids. Its sweet and tangy taste and lime-lemony green color is perfect to please tough critics. Use some colorful straws to make it even more appealing.

Ingredients

  • 3 Kiwi (ripe kiwi fruits)
  • 2 Cup Green Grapes
  • 1-2 Oranges (I used tangerines)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • Pear (1 ripe green pear)

Directions

  • 1. Blend Smoothie Fill blender jar with water (recommended 1/2 cup or as much as thin smoothie you like). Add all ingredients mentioned above.
  • 2. Garnish and Serve Blend at the slow speed to crush the fruit, then increase the speed to blend it per consistency you prefer. Pour in glass and enjoy!!
