Breakfast wraps with loads of wholegrains

Rice taste delicious if fried a day after they are made. So all fried rice recipes well accommodate the day old rice leftovers. Recently, I fell so much in love with these fried rice wraps that whenever I steam or boil rice for dinner, the next morning breakfast has high possibilities of being fried rice wraps. Also, try making whole wheat tortillas at home like I do (they are super easy to make and super healthy). If you can make those at home, try stuffing the fried rice inside the tortilla, delicious and super good.

However, Cilantro and Onion fried rice wraps take less than 15 minutes if you using store bought whole wheat tortillas. Also, you can even fry the leftover rice at night and microwave'em in the morning, slightly fry wheat tortillas, wrap and seal, and you are all set for a perfect breakfast-to-go. Fried rice wraps will not get soggy if kept wrapped for a couple of hours, so feel free to pack'em for lunch. Enjoy!!
