Spinach Tomato Blast Smoothie
Welcoming spring with fresh and healthy flavors. Spinach and Tomato are two of my favorite ingredients when it comes to making Indian Green Curries. I am sure you checked various Indian dishes with tomatoes and few of my favorite with tomato and spinach on my website.

As much as I love it in curries, I am enjoying it more in smoothies. Tangy and refreshing, loaded with vitamins, calcium - complete power pack smoothie but without any gluten and completely vegan.

You can add some non-fat yogurt to this smoothie recipe if you like but I am enjoying a glass as is today.

Spinach Tomato Blast Smoothie

Spinach Tomato Blast Smoothie
Total Time Prep Time Cook Time Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 500 Grams Spinach  (about 2 cups)
  • 1 Navel Orange  
  • 2 Tomatoes  
  • 1/2 Bell Pepper  (Red Bell Pepper - Optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger  (1/2 inch ginger root)
  • 1 Lemon  (skin removed, seed removed or juice juice lemon in the smoothie mixture)
  • 1 Kiwi  (peeled and diced)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt  

Directions

  • 1. Fill blender jar with water (recommended 1/2 cup or as much as thin smoothie you like). Add all ingredients mentioned above. Blend at the slow speed to crush the fruit, then increase the speed to blend it per consistency you prefer. Pour in glass and enjoy!!
