Yogurt and Roasted Cumin marinated Grilled Chicken Skewers

Chicken Shish Kabab
Famous as Seekh or Shish Kababs, these easy and scrumptious marinated chicken skewers are often grilled or baked in the oven during winter season in my home. Shish Kababs taste great with side of lemon rice and grilled vegetables, but we also love eating’em as appetizer with some lemon juice squeezed on the top.
