Chocolate Dipped Apricots
Chocolate Dipped Apricots are light, elegant candies that are surprisingly easy to make. These bite-sized treats taste sophisticated and not too sweet, since they are made with unsweetened dried fruit and dark chocolate. If you prefer a sweeter candy, substitute milk or white chocolate instead.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate  
  • 1/2 lbs Apricots  (whole)

Directions

  • Step for Recipe - Chocolate Dipped Apricots
    1. Melt chocolate on double boiler.

    2. Cut apricots in half (or you can leave them whole if you like). Dip open end of the apricots in melted chocolate and place it on a wax paper lined sheet tray for drying.

    3. Serve them once chocolate is set or store in air tight container to enjoy these little treats later.
