These Air Fried Taquitos recipe is perfect for a healthy and guilt free air-fried snack or breakfast. I filled taquitos with spicy chicken sausage and bean filling. You can use any kind of sausage you prefer. I highly recommend adding beans to the filling as beans hold the filling together. This way filling does not fall when taquitos cook in air fryer.

Air Fryer Taquitos

Taquitos means "Little Tacos" are small rolled tacos made with corn tortillas, which are filled and fried for crunch taco snack. Air frying taquitos makes cooking taquitos mess-free, oil-free and also healthier. I simply love the fact that I can serve taquitos from air fryer to breakfast table without dealing with splattering oil.
