Mango Chia Seeds Milk Shake - Healthy and Nutritious, this shake is perfect to start your day lite and healthy. Milk shakes are always favorite of kids, addition of Mango is like Cherry on top for all - both kids and adult alike and Chia Seeds are my little secret to have max Health benefit too. I have added very less sugar in this shake. You can increase or skip sugar per your taste Or I suggest to add 1 tbsp of Agave Syrup instead. Also for vegan alternative, use Almond milk instead of regular low-fat milk.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Milk (Almond Milk or Low fat milk)
  • 1 Cup Mango (Ripe mango peeled and sliced or Mango Puree)
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds (Soaked overnight in 1/2 cup water)
  • 1 tbsp Sugar (Optional or per taste)

Directions

  • 1. Soak Chia Seeds overnight in 1/2 cup water.
  • 2. Mix Chia seeds with 1/2 cup milk and stir well to separate all seeds ( Chia seeds tends to develop gelatinous coating and glue together).
  • 3. Combine 1 and 1/2 cup milk, sugar, mango in bowl or Jar
  • 4. Blend all ingredients till mango is blended well in the milk. Add Chia seed soaked in milk and stir well to combine.
  • 5. Pour in glasses and garnish with mango wedges to serve this healthy and yummy Mango Milk Shake
