Mango Chia Seeds Milk Shake

Ingredients
- 2 Cup Milk (Almond Milk or Low fat milk)
- 1 Cup Mango (Ripe mango peeled and sliced or Mango Puree)
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds (Soaked overnight in 1/2 cup water)
- 1 tbsp Sugar (Optional or per taste)
Directions

1. Soak Chia Seeds overnight in 1/2 cup water.2. Mix Chia seeds with 1/2 cup milk and stir well to separate all seeds ( Chia seeds tends to develop gelatinous coating and glue together).

3. Combine 1 and 1/2 cup milk, sugar, mango in bowl or Jar4. Blend all ingredients till mango is blended well in the milk. Add Chia seed soaked in milk and stir well to combine.

5. Pour in glasses and garnish with mango wedges to serve this healthy and yummy Mango Milk Shake
