12 The Best Summer Salads from Only-Salad-For-Lunch Week
These pictures increase my determination to eat more salads!! Do you remember last year I started "Only Salad for Lunch" Challenge? I mostly posted one salad every day during that time with grocery list and budget to buy everything before-hand. Don't kill me if tell you that salad and grocery list, all I posted on ChefDeHomeTestKitchen.com. Well... ChefDeHome was not ready for these posts back then. So, I posted recipes for salad here and challenge details and progress on chefdehometestkitchen.com. I know!! A lot of hard work. Online challenge was for a week-only but I continued it for a month and collected a lot of salad recipes during that time. I am sharing with you 12 of THE BEST salads from that bouquet here. Enjoy making'em and stay healthy. Let me know if you would like an another 7 or 14 days Salad-for-lunch week this year too?
