Healthy creamy salad

Carrot and Sweet Potato Salad
I like sweet potatoes a lot, specially sweet potatoes with tangy yogurt dressing. Usually I roast whole sweet potato before dicing it to my salad, but for this recipe I have boiled the sweet potato till its fork tender. This healthy salad gets sweetness from honey and creamy texture from low fat yogurt. Perfect accompaniment for grilled meat or spicy dishes. This salad will win your friends and family's attention.

  1. My husband never prefers to eat sweet potato salad I make. I think addition of carrots, raisins is a very good idea, have to try it. Allrecipes on your site are very good. thanks for sharing this recipe fortune with us.
  2. Thanks for this recipe. I made this on side with my grilled Lamb dinner yesterday, my wife and kid liked it so much. Yogurt dressing was a great idea, I am glad my kid could eat same side that we were eating.
