Spring Greens Salad
Fresh and healthy, this super quick salad has peppery spring greens like arugula and water cress, if you like can replace spring greens with any leafy green of your choice.

  • 2-4 tbsp Feta Cheese  
  • 1 Spring Greens Mix  (pack or bunch)
  • 1 Lemon  (Juice)
  • 1 tbsp Honey  
  • 1 Pear  (Firm and ripe)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt and Black Pepper  
  • 50 Grams Almonds  (Rough Chopped)
  • 2-4 Sweet Peppers  (Oil marinated sweet peppers - optional)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil  


  • 1. To make the vinaigrette, combine lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add olive oil at slow stream while whisking the vinaigrette continuously.

    2. In a salad bowl, add spring greens, diced pears, add vinaigrette and toss the greens. Top it with almonds, sweet peppers and feta cheese just before serving. Spring salad goes excellent with grilled meats, fish or curries. Enjoy!!
