Mango Chutney and Cream Cheese Pin Wheels

Mango Chutney and Cream Cheese Pin Wheels
These Pin Wheels vanished from my cookie cooling rack in no time. I baked’em during lunch hour and my husband was home and in no more than 20 minutes, wheels from one of the cooling rack disappeared like hot cakes.

Mango Chutney I used for this recipe was homemade, with few black peppercorns. You bite into these Mango Chutney and Cream Cheese Pillows, first you get a perfect sweet and tangy bite with buttery and flaky puff pastry and then you get surprise of black peppercorn, truly addictive. We finished one batch comparing, “did you get black pepper? I got black pepper in this one. Let me try one more….. and on and on”.

When I don’t make mango chutney at home, I usually prefer – Stonewell Kitchen Mango Chutney. You can add few slight crushed black peppercorns and bake for Halloween party – call it a spicy trick hidden in sweet treats. Enjoy!!
