Summer, Sunshine, Salads and Salmon! :) A few Ss that make me very happy.
You can tell from the recipes I shared in recent weeks that Salmon was hot in my kitchen!
Today, I decided to compile my favorite 10 easy ones into one post and give you plenty of ways to eat healthy salmon dinner whole summer or whenever you like.
Most of these recipes have been cooked with Wild Caught Salmon fillets. And I have prepared all keeping fast and healthy dinner in mind. The best thing about cooking salmon is that it is ready in 20 minutes in most cases. Serving healthy salad, lite cooked rice, or quinoa on the side makes substantial and healthy meal.
Also most of this collection is gluten and dairy free unless mentioned. I hope you will enjoy'em all. :)

1. Reading a cookbook on improving culinary skills - French Laundry! Learning so many techniques and tricks to eventually try and also pass on to you guys. Wish me luck! :)
2. I have decided to take blog one step at a time. Not rushing to get everything done. In attempt to work tireless I caused tendinitis in hand and ankles. It made me very irregular and always in hurry...
...so much in hurry that recently I published one of my post with a typo in URL. Gosh!! What was I thinking!?
3. Until now, I have hand held camera for every recipe shot for this blog. 650 recipes so to speak and 10,000+ photos. I finally bought a professional grade stand to hold my Heavy Weight Champion "Nikon D7100" :) Yahoo!!
4. Trying to understand Instagram dynamics. I'm so poor at keeping up with Instagrammers. If you are on Instagram, let's connect!! @savitachefdehome
