Happy Sunday!! I'm here to share meal menu for coming week!
This week's menu too is following Summer Cooking Ideas Theme! In summers, as days get hotter, I want to finish cooking dinner fast and keep it lite too! This week's menu menu plan has 12 recipes for healthy and lite summer meal prep, with lots of salads, make-ahead grilled protein, and cooling sides and desserts.
In this meal plan, lot of dressings, marinades, and even protein can be made-ahead. First 8 recipes can make 4-6 variations of week meal prep. To use this menu, make salads ahead. Or at very least dressing and marinade ahead. For weekday dinner, just assemble, eat and enjoy!

PS: From past sometime, I was trying to fit Meal Menu sharing in my schedule without much luck.. Honestly, I don't use a new menu every week but often I pick and choose from previous menus and make a custom one. So, I'm going to promise 2 new menus every month. In future, if schedule permits, I will increase the frequency.
