Summer BBQ/grilling is a great way to get outside and enjoy the fresh air, while preparing a delicious meal for the family.
Chicken is our unanimous favorite protein for BBQ. So I love to marinate chicken in my family favorite marinade recipes for a delicious, tender, and juicy grilled chicken dinner.
Sharing today round-up of my favorite Grilled Chicken Recipes. If you love to grill chicken? I got you covered for whole summer season
Also, follow these tips to grill a juicy bird every time.
- Marinate: Marinating chicken helps flavor the the meat. It also tenderizes the meat so that bird cooks moist and juicy every time. 30 minutes for small cut pieces (e.g. for kabobs) and about an hour for whole chicken breast will make a lot of difference in the flavor.
- Pre-heat Grill: Always cook on pre-heated grill (indoor or outdoor). Pre-heated grill will immediately lock-in juices when marinated chicken is placed on the grill. This way chicken will cook moist from the inside.
- Baste with Marinade: Always reserve a 1/4 of marinade and use it to baste the grilling chicken. This is my secret to get flavor in every nook of grilled chicken. When don't have reserved marinade, baste chicken with mix of one part olive oil mixed with pinch of salt, pepper and herb such as parsley or oregano.
Follow the tips listed above and with these recipes, chicken will never dry but always moist and juicy.
Seriously, learning how to make grilled chicken has never been so easy!
Each recipe in following collection has a unique and delicious Chicken Marinade recipe. I have also included (and highlighted) my top favorite Mediterranean, Asian, Mexican and Indian marinades. You will love all the flavors.
Don't forget to pick a salad to serve on the side here.
