Foods to Avoid in Med. Diet:
- Red meats such as beef, lamb, pork.
- Bread, rice, pasta, cakes.
- Moderate the consumption of cheese, cream and yogurt. Always reach for low-fat variety!
Tip: For chicken recipes, use white meat chicken (lean chicken breast) instead of chicken thighs.
