If you are new to Keto Diet? It is low-carb, low-sugar and high protein diet. Idea is to feed body high protein, high good fats, and least sugar, carb calories.  It is good way to train body to consume fats. Once body is trained, reduce the fats still keep diet high in protein, low sugar and low carb. Trained this way, body of keto diet will burn fat for energy and help you stay lean, fit and healthy.
